Rethinking and diversifying the tourism offer through the co-design, prototyping, and promotion of innovative, sustainable, and accessible products — such as visits, itineraries, and experiences — while highlighting the territory’s historical and contemporary industrial heritage.

The new tourism products will be co-created with local stakeholders through participatory processes such as thematic living labs, resulting in:

• A catalog of products and packages available across time and space (never-ending tourism);

• A dedicated marketing strategy for the new offerings;

• A virtual marketplace to promote never-ending industrial tourism activities in Prato and the surrounding area.

The virtual marketplace will be hosted on Prato’s tourism portal (www.pratoturismo.it), going beyond traditional physical boundaries. Users will be able to explore and experience the city’s unique highlights — from historic sites to contemporary factories — in an interactive and engaging way using cutting-edge technologies.

This digital space will showcase the commercial catalog of EPIC’s “never-ending” tourism packages, continuously updated with new experiences, activities, events, and immersive tours. It offers an innovative way to discover Prato all year round, before, during, and after the visit!
