Deliverable 6.1.1 presents the framework and toolkit for the design and implementation of the EPIC project’s immersive digital and virtual experiences. The document defines objectives, target audiences, technologies, and strategies for integrating virtual reality, conversational artificial intelligence, and storytelling into the tourism product, shaping the “Metaverso Prato.”

Through a co-design approach and the inclusion of stakeholders, the framework guides the development of accessible, sustainable immersive experiences oriented toward “endless tourism,” usable before, during, and after the physical visit.

The aim is to enrich the industrial tourism experience of Prato, improve accessibility, collect data for tourism governance, and strengthen the destination’s innovative positioning.
