Awhy is an innovative startup specializing in conversational artificial intelligence, with the goal of enhancing the user experience and optimizing the relationship between customers and companies throughout the entire customer journey.

Founded in 2015, it has developed a proprietary platform based on Natural Language Processing and cloud architecture to manage virtual assistants and live chats. It collaborates with public entities, SMEs, and large enterprises, offering customized solutions for various sectors, including industrial tourism.

In 2022, Awhy was selected for the PRISMA acceleration program, dedicated to emerging technologies applied to the textile and fashion industry, promoted by the Municipality of Prato.

In the EPIC project, Awhy integrates conversational virtual assistants to provide real-time information to visitors, improving interaction and the immersive experience.
